Job DescriptionJob Description310T Truck & Coach Technician (Waste Management Fleet) A leading waste management and environmental services company is hiring a licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join its fleet maintenance team. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities available Full benefits starting Day 1 RRSP / retirement savings program Paid vacation and holidays Boot and tool allowance Uniforms and PPE provided Ongoing paid training and certification support Stable year-round work with a growing company Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel vehicles and waste collection equipment Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, suspension, brake, and engine systems Complete repairs on refuse trucks, roll-off trucks, front-end loaders, and support fleet vehicles Use diagnostic software and scan tools to identify mechanical issues Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with Ministry and company standards Maintain accurate service and repair documentation Support emergency breakdown repairs when required Qualifications Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License Strong experience with heavy-duty diesel equipment Experience with hydraulics and electrical diagnostics preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Valid driver's license required DZ or AZ license considered an asset Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Safety-first mindset Preferred Background Candidates coming from: Waste management Transportation Heavy equipment Construction fleet Municipal fleet Logistics or trucking environments will transition especially well into this role.
