If you are a high producing flat rate licenced technician with german car experience, we want to talk to you! Preference given to licenced technicians who have worked for a BMW franchised dealer. We are looking for technicians with the following skills: Articulate, with good reading and writing skills Attention to Detail, curious, attentive Customer focused Driven, focused, high standards Honesty & Integrity Positive attitude Strong at diagnostics, and following process Understanding of warranty rules, and dealership protocols Possess an active 310S Automotive Technician licence Possess an active OPD card Clean Driving record Professional demeanor Team Player Willing to participate in ongoing learning, e-learning, and BMW classroom training Willing to participate in sending videos to customers as part of the process Benefits Competitive flat rate - flat rate pay ranges based on experience & training - our BMW trained technicians are some of the highest paid in the area Benefits after 6 months ( Health and Dental ) Paid vacation time Team-based support system Work-life balance
