Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $55,000-$60,000 DOE
Were hiring a Warehouse & Fulfillment Team Lead to run day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise a small team, and ensure equipment and orders move accurately, safely, and on time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, leading by example, and improving how things work.
What Youll Do
Lead daily receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
Oversee equipment builds and EQSRs with quality checks and documentation
Coordinate workflow with warehouse staff and technicians
Manage inventory accuracy, transfers, and cycle counts
Assign daily tasks and support training and onboarding
Work closely with Operations and Service teams
Promote safety and organized workspaces
What You Need
3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment
Previous team lead or coordinator experience
Strong inventory and material-handling knowledge
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Able to lift and move equipment safely
