What you'll need to have
• Minimum 1 year of related experience

• Perform effectively the core and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility, using the available systems and tools that support efficient operations and data integrity.
Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of the assigned fulfilment unit operations area of responsibility.
Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and business requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products.
Ensure optimised daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.

As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs.
