Key Responsibilities
Team Support & Coaching
: Inspire and develop a high-performing team in a positive environment. Maintain an active presence on the sales floor to guide and motivate.
Customer Experience
: Deliver an outstanding experience and prioritize customer satisfaction above tasks.
Performance Support
: Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to support store goals and brand growth.
Talent Support & Development
: Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training team members. Support succession planning and contribute to performance management processes.
Operations
: Manage inventory, compliance, and procedures. Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Visual & Merchandising
: Maintain an appealing environment aligned with presentation standards. Optimize product displays to maximize sales and profitability.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability
