**Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Electromechanical Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team. This role involves assembling batteries using small hand tools and reading written or picture instructions to build products. You will work alongside other team members in a dynamic environment, crimping lugs on wires, following wiring procedures, and constructing final assemblies and sub-assemblies using production drawings. **Responsibilities** + Assemble batteries using small hand tools. + Read and interpret written or picture instructions for product assembly. + Crimp lugs on wires and follow wiring procedures. + Build and interconnect final assemblies and sub-assemblies using production drawings. + Obtain parts and supplies using proper procedures. + Complete required paperwork accurately. + Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in mechanical or electrical assembly within the past 2 years. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally. + Experience building products from written instructions. + Proficiency in using small hand and power tools such as screwdrivers and drills. + Excellent communication skills. + Experience in assembly and production environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the same industry or with similar products is a plus. + 3+ years of recent experience in product assembly. + Experience using probes, multimeters, and other electrical tools. + Ability to follow a test plan and report results using office documents like Excel. **Why Work Here?** Join a welcoming and hard-working team that values new ideas and suggestions.
