Start Your Banking Career - Back Office Operations (Downtown Toronto- Hybrid)

Our client, one of the Big 5 banks in Canada, is currently hiring for entry level back office roles to help support their corporate office located in the downtown Toronto area. Please note the following before applying: + This role is HYBRID in the downtown Toronto area - with the expectations of working in the office 1-2 days a week (no exceptions) + This is a junior level role, with junior level pay and junior level duties Key Responsibilities include the following: + Set up customer profiles in the wire payments system by following internal procedures and documentation + Maintain static tables and system information needed to support wire payment processing + Complete data entry, data checks, and data transfer tasks with a high level of accuracy + Use multiple applications, tools, and work queues effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment + Support operational reporting and ensure tasks are completed within established service timelines + Provide support for both Canadian and U.S. client-related work, as required Must Have Skills/Experience: + Previous experience in either a customer service or admin based role + Strong communication skills (English - written and verbal) + Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge (Basic Excel Functions) Nice to Have Skills/Experience (Not Mandatory, but a bonus): + Previous banking/financial services internship experience + Completed certifications related to investments (CSC or IFIC) Disclaimer The Company is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
