Job DescriptionJob Description Freight Forwarder Full-Time | Permanent Langley, BC | Onsite Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Commission Description Our client is seeking a highly capable Freight Forwarder to manage North American LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) freight operations. This role is ideal for an experienced logistics professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and can independently oversee shipments from initial quotation through to final delivery with minimal oversight. What You’ll Be Doing Quote and execute LTL and FTL shipments across Canada and the United States Book freight directly with carriers and agents Manage all shipping documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations Coordinate drayage, inland trucking, and warehousing activities Proactively monitor shipments, manage exceptions, and resolve delays efficiently Maintain strong, professional relationships with carriers and logistics partners Provide accurate shipment visibility and communicate clearly and promptly with customers What You Must Have 3–5+ years of freight forwarding experience Direct, hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations Proven ability to manage
