As part of the Java Group, Victor Energy’s staff have over 50 years of experience building some of Canada’s largest electrical infrastructure projects.
Reporting to the Employee Engagement Manager, the Recruitment & Employee Engagement Coordinator is responsible for providing recruitment-focused People & Culture support. Approximately 70% of the role is dedicated to full-cycle recruitment and Workable ATS administration, while approximately 30% is dedicated to employee engagement coordination and related People & Culture support. These allocations are approximate and may change based on business needs, organizational priorities, and operational requirements.
This role supports the organization by delivering a professional candidate experience, maintaining accurate recruitment records, coordinating interviews and pre-employment activities, supporting hiring managers through the selection process, and preparing recruitment and engagement reporting for the Employee Engagement Manager and Director, P&C.
