**Employment Type:** Temporary, Full-Time — **Expected Duration: 4–6 months**
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Data Entry Clerk
with strong bookkeeping skills to join our finance team in Burlington, Ontario on a **temporary basis for approximately 4–6 months**. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can ramp up quickly, hit the ground running in QuickBooks, and bring proven experience managing multi-currency transactions. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records across international operations during this assignment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain financial data in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Manage multi-currency transactions (specifically CAD, USD, including foreign currency invoicing, payments, and exchange rate reconciliations.
