Position title: Program Coordinator Youth Supportive Housing

Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Director, this role provides administrative support to the overall Youth Supportive Housing (YHS) Program and MCFD program. The Program Coordinator offers guidance on youth care plans, program delivery, policy and procedure implementation, and provides light support and coaching to both staff and youth to promote consistency, stability, and positive outcomes. The role also provides administrative support to the program Managers of Youth Supportive Housing.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the YSH program in achieving and maintaining SHSS compliance and supports
