The
Housekeeping Supervisor
ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces meet the
hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards.
This role involves supervising
housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms, coordinating daily operations, and supporting team
development while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Job responsibilities:
Inspections
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards.
Staff Supervision
Lead, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff including room attendants. Provide training, performance feedback, and conduct performance reviews to maintain high service standards.
