$24 - $26 per hour

A Day in the life:
The
Parts Technical Specialist & Service Estimator
is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with service technicians, the service team and manufacturers for parts identification, reviewing estimates, parts sourcing and problem solving. You must thrive in an extremely fast paced work environment with high deliverables. This is an active posting for a vacancy that currently needs to be filled.
What you bring:
2 years+ of customer service experience
Experience with a current ERP system an asset
Technically savvy with the ability to read manufacturer manuals and identify parts
Customer focused with excellen
