Responsibilities:
Recruitment / HR Duties:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, recruiting metrics and follow ups.
Maintain recruitment tracking tools and databases; ensure accurate and timely updates of job requisitions.
Proactively finding new ways to source candidates (attending career fairs, joining HVAC committees ,etc.)
Support hiring managers with job descriptions, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
Support the company newsletter and organize/support company events.
Administrate the HR Bamboo system.
