The Team Lead – Rebar
Fabrication & Production is responsible for supervising daily operations within the rebar fabrication facility. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient workflow. The Team Lead provides direction to production staff and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
Supervise daily rebar fabrication activities including cutting, bending, and assembly.
Ensure production schedules are met according to project timelines.
Monitor workflow and allocate tasks efficiently to team members.
Coordinate with production planning and dispatch teams.
Quality Control
Ensure fabricated rebar meets project specifications and drawings.
Conduct routine inspections of finished products.
Identify and correct production errors promptly.
Health & Safety
Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe machine operation.
Report and document incidents as required.
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and train fabrication crew members.
