Summary:
The Customer Service Representative administers all service documentation for the service department. Based on a
4-day work week
at our Calgary office, your aim is to be a reliable customer service representative.
This role involves both Order Fulfillment and Customer Service elements

The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience by efficiently coordinating order fulfillment activities, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
