We are seeking an organized and experienced Facility Technician to join our team at Crunch Canada. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the physical infrastructure and equipment within our clubs, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and operational. The Facility Technician will perform routine maintenance, repair equipment, and ensure that the gym environment meets the highest standards for our members. This role will also support our growth at Crunch Fitness and be a part of the greatest growth story to ever be told in the fitness industry.
This is a 3-month contract position based in the Windsor region, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as Crunch continues to grow
Position Overview:
Manage all aspects of facility maintenance for a specific region of clubs
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks in facilities including changeroom rooms, gym floor, and equipment storage spaces. Ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and safe for members and staff.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair fitness equipment
