The Falcon Group is seeking a motivated and hardworking
General Labourer
to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of our projects by assisting site supervision and crews with a variety of daily construction and site-related tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
General housekeeping – maintaining a tidy and orderly job site.
Must bring a commitment to safety, a positive attitude, and a desire to perform physical work.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
Must be team oriented.
Communicate effectively with equipment operators via hand signals and radio communications while guiding/directing moving equipment.
Able to work independently as required.
Assist the supervisor in maintaining records, report safety issues, concerns or hazard.
