Job DescriptionJob DescriptionReporting to the President, Bed Bath & Beyond, the Manager, Content Marketing will support Bed Bath & Beyond Canada's marketing efforts by crafting compelling marketing strategies that support the elevated brand identity of Bed Bath & BeyondCanada, while also highlighting our value proposition and supporting our customer journeys.
You'll work in a multi-faceted role by managing and coordinating the content creation process with the goal of delivering consistently high-quality content that performs across our various marketing channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, and Out-of-Home.

In this role you will:
Establish content marketing strategies that help to support Bed, Bath & Beyond Canada's brand identity
Own content pillars, themes and consistent messaging frameworks and brand story across campaigns and channels
Lead, coach, and manage direct reports (including Graphic Designer and Copywriter) to support career development, engagement and growth
Create and oversee high-quality content across all channels that builds awareness and drives adoption
