POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the guidance and support of the Community Inclusion Supervisor and as part of the Community Inclusion team, the Community Support Worker will be responsible for providing assistance and support to people with developmental and physical disabilities. Community Support Workers will co-design and provide creative opportunities that facilitate learning and participation through accessing community.
