Salary range $120,000 - 140,000
PowerON delivers comprehensive electrification solutions, including infrastructure development and operations and maintenance (O&M). As part of PowerON’s transition to a fully in-house operating model, this role is the senior operational leader responsible for running PowerON’s Operations, Maintenance, and Asset Management business line on a day-to-day basis. The role carries full accountability for maintenance field operations, asset availability and uptime, response and resolution performance, operational service credits, client-facing performance commitments, and O&M financial outcomes, while owning the evolution of PowerON’s enterprise asset management capabilities across high-power EV charging infrastructure, battery storage systems, transformers, and balance-of-plant assets. This role acts as the primary operational counterpart to executive leadership, translating strategy into execution and elevating operational issues into clear, decision-ready
