Job Summary: We are looking to hire a 360 (sales + recruitment) for our Skilled Trades division in British Columbia. We’re looking for experienced and hands-on 360 staffing professionals with strong sales & recruitment background from the recruiting/staffing industry who want to be part of a dynamic, growing, and winning team! This is a hybrid position (3 days in office, 2 days remote); it will be based at our Burnaby, BC office location.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Full cycle recruitment; filling professional & office positions (all levels)
New business development selling all lines of business, with a focus on skilled trades roles/niche
Collaborate with leadership and team to build a positive and productive work environment
Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry through cold calling, email outreach, networki
