The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide support as an Account Representative within the Customer Relations Branch until March 31, 2027.
This position is required to work on-site, reporting to the Account Manager.
The Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact for their portfolio of approximately 150-200 small to medium-sized SLGA wholesale customers. This role is a customer-centric one, acting as the key contact for all programs, products, and services that SLGA offers.
The Account Representative will provide their expertise with customer orientation, service delivery, issues management, and administering ongoing training as required to their portfolio of customers. The Account Representative will work closely with internal stakeholders across
