Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a professional and friendly
Wait Staff
to join our team! As a wait staff your main goal is to ensure the highest level of Guests' satisfaction and provide an outstanding event experience from helping with their coat checks, collecting and storing items to answering all questions about the venue and always ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
Present menus, articulate specials, and provide informed recommendations based on guest preferences
Accurately record and transmit orders to kitchen and bar staff
