Key Responsibilities
Framing & Drywall: Construct metal and wood stud frameworks and install drywall for commercial spaces and multi-family residential units (apartments).
System Installations: Install thermal insulation and apply professional caulking to meet specific building codes.
Trade Collaboration: Work effectively alongside electricians, plumbers, and other trades in a fast-paced environment to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.
Site Maintenance: Take initiative in keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe, from individual units to large commercial spaces.
