General Description Working closely with our Project Leads, the Environmental Specialist - Field Operations role is integral to the Environmental Division's continued growth and long-term success. Team members who perform this role will meet the role expectations as outlined. The Work Overview Completion of assigned construction, pipeline, municipal, solar, and public infrastructure projects. Field and office tasks related to: Pre-Disturbance Site Assessments OneStop for Public Lands and Water Acts, including Rationale and Variances Biophysical Impact Assessments Wildlife surveys (breeding bird, migration, amphibian, raptor, species at risk) Wetlands Assessments Hydrological Assessments Care of Water (COW) plans Erosion and Sediment Control (ESCP) plans Environmental Risk Assessments Assessing and managing potential risks and liabilities associated with assigned projects Assisting with ongoi
