As Senior Manager Financial Crime Assurance, you’ll sit at the centre of our risk function, leading assurance activity that keeps our controls strong, scalable and ready for scrutiny. From external evaluations to internal assurance programs, your work will directly influence how we protect our business, customers and reputation. This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact team and shape assurance outcomes across a complex and evolving financial crime environment.
Your role
Reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Strategy and Compliance, you’ll lead our assurance approach across the financial crime ecosystem. You’ll combine leadership, analysis and commercial judgement to ensure our controls are effective, our programs are fit for purpose, and senior stakeholders have clear, actionable insight. Specifically, you will:
Lead a quality assurance team delivering ongoing transactional assurance across financial crime controls
Oversee independent evaluations of financial crime controls delivered in partnership with external providers
Drive an internal assurance program assessing the design and effectiveness of financial crime controls
Translate assurance findings into c
