The Opportunity:
The First National Financial Residential Underwriting Division provides underwriting expertise and services to the Canadian Mortgage Broker channel.
Reporting to the Vice President, Residential Underwriting, the Assistant Vice President provides leadership to a management team in meeting the goals of the Division, including established volume targets, productivity goals, and quality standards. Residential Underwriting teams consist of Mortgage Underwriters, Associate Mortgage Underwriters and Mortgage Funders. Under the guidance and leadership of the Assistant Vice President, the Division is responsible for the assessment of mortgage applications to make sound lending deci
