Overview:
The Associate Director & Team Lead will be responsible to oversee and lead a Team of Commercial Analysts by providing guidance and support to reach department’s Key Performance Indicators as well as ensuring all service levels are adhered to and day-to-day operations are delivered at the highest quality and in accordance with company policies and procedures. The key stakeholders include Commercial borrowers, investors, mortgage insurers, property insurers as well as internal departments.
