An employment opportunity exists for a
Continuing Part-Time (0.429 FTE) Technology Education Teacher & Temporary Part-Time (0.571) Collaborative Support Teacher
effective September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 at Daaxiigan Sḵ'adáa Née K-12 School.
Requirements:
A university teaching major, or its equivalent, directly related to the teaching position;
Understanding and being committed to the Calls to Action of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, including the eradication of existing and persistent equity gaps for specific groups of children;
High level of skills related to successful classroom management, and to the development and maintenance of a positive classroom climate;
Experience with multi-grade classes an asset;
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, instruct and evaluate learning activities for students' strengths and for their academic, social, emotional and behavioural needs;
Assume primary responsibility for designing, instructing, assessing, and evaluating the educational programming of all assigned students;
