As a returning Shift Manager, you'll bring your insider knowledge to:
ð Inspire and guide a team with the pride you once carried yourself
ð¡ Ensure a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests and crew
ð¥ Lead Crew Members with confidence, drawing on your past McDonald's leadership experience
ð Represent McDonald's in local events and community initiatives
Uphold the cleanliness and operational standards you already know by heart
What We're Looking For
Previous McDonald's experience in a leadership role (Crew Trainer, Team Leader, or Shift Manager preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions
A passion for people, teamwork, and deliver
