Job DescriptionJob Description
This is a 6 month contract to start. The Service Electrician will work on straight nights (11pm-7am). The successful candidate will be a Licensed 309A Electrician and will be responsible for the ongoing operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrification systems, including EV charging stations, battery storage solutions, solar PV systems, and electrical distribution systems. This role will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely by performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and corrective actions. This role will be part of the team that maintains high uptime and reliability of infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and providing technical expertise during O&M activities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve technical, safety, and maintenance-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.
Perform regular preventative and corrective maintenance on EV charging infrastructure, battery storage systems, solar PV system and electrical distribution equipment to ensure optimal performance.
