**The Role**
You'll have full ownership of the store's day-to-day operation, leading a team of 15–20 people in a dynamic indoor/outdoor environment. This is a floor-level leadership role. You'll be visible, engaged, and setting the standard every day. You'll work with others to continuously improve store performance while ensuring safety and environmental policies are followed to the letter.

**What You Bring**
✔ A minimum of 5 years of people management experience in a retail setting
✔ Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain a team of 15 or more
✔ Mechanical inclination and comfort in a hands-on environment
✔ Solid knowledge of safety and environmental policies
✔ Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and developing staff
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Comfort working both indoors and outdoors
