As a
Cleaning Plant Operator
, you'll be the first step in our milling process-the
gatekeeper
of quality. You'll take raw grains fresh from the fields and be instrumental in starting to transform them into food grade products, which will be distributed across the world. You will be operating state-of-the-art milling equipment with in high tech systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the A and/or B Mill equipment, ensuring optimal product quality and yield.
Adjust, test, and troubleshoot grain cleaning, de-hulling systems, and color sorters daily.
Minimize downtime by proactively monitoring equipment performance and conducting preventative maintenance checks.
