Salary:
Revenue-share compensation model (see details below)
Compensation Structure (Revenue Share)
Paid monthly on the 10th day of the following month, based on services performed directly by the NP:
30% of aesthetic revenues (injections, PRP, medical lasers, etc.)
45% of sclerotherapy injections
50% of private medical services (minor procedures, consultations, etc.)
Illustrative earnings range from ~$185,000 (median billings) to $940,000+ (top 5 producers).
