Rockstar Recruiting is hiring an experienced
Heavy Truck Mechanic
to join a growing, team-oriented company in the Pitfield, Montreal (Boucherville area). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled diesel technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, strong diagnostics, and keeping heavy trucks and trailers operating safely and efficiently.
COMPENSATION
Compensation: $25–$40/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing inspections, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet of heavy-duty trucks, such as oil changes, fluid checks and tire inspections
Diagnose and Repair Mechanical failures, using diagnostic tools
Routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical failures, hydraulic repairs, emergency breakdown support, and ensuring all vehicles meet safety standards before returning to service
Inspect and Test Vehicles
Assist in mentoring junior mechanics by sharing knowledge in heavy-duty repair and maintenance
Respond promptly to emergency repairs to minimize downtown to keep vehicle
