About the Role
The Program Coordinator Trades Ready Training (TRT) is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, administration, and delivery of the program. This role ensures smooth program operations by coordinating participant services, managing logistics, and supporting communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Working closely with program staff, employers, facilitators, and community partners, the Program Coordinator supports participant recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and overall program flow. The role contributes to successful participant outcomes through strong coordination, collaboration, and culturally responsive service delivery.
Hybrid in this role refers to a combination of on-site service delivery and community-based work (e.g., employer visits, workshops, outreach, and client meetings). This is not a work-from-home position. Remote work occurs only occasionally, based on progra
