Overview:
The Telecom Construction Crew/Lead Hand is responsible for ensuring the physical infrastructure is built to specification, with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and reliability. This position combines hands-on construction work with leadership responsibilities, making it vital for the ongoing expansion and maintenance of the telecommunications network.
Responsibilities:
• Project Execution & Management: Lead the crew to ensure telecom infrastructure projects are completed as per the design, within budget, and on schedule. This includes understanding blueprints, ensuring the correct materials are on-site, and setting daily tasks for the crew.
• Safety Compliance: Champion the highest standards of safety by ensuring that all crew members follow protocols and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. Conduct regular safety briefings and trainings, ensuring a zero-incident work environment.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide crew members, facilitating an environment where they can learn, grow, and enhance thei
