OntarioMD is seeking a
Microsoft Business Systems Analyst
to play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the organization’s corporate technology platforms. In this role, you will help drive the evolution, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of corporate business systems, primarily
Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and the corporate website
.
Working collaboratively with business departments and stakeholders across the organization, you will translate business needs into effective, scalable, and user-focused platform enhancements. The role supports platform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives, manages approved system enhancements through established intake and governance processes, and provides ongoing support by responding to user requests, inquiries, and support tickets related to corporate platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and solutions-focused professional with strong knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.
