We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale E-commerce and digital ecosystem platform in the construction materials industry Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Product Owner in IT projects Proven experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Logistics, or ERP systems Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes: order management; supply chain & logistics; B2B and B2C sales flows Experience working with complex multi-role platforms (marketplaces, ecosystems) Ability to design and document end-to-end user journeys across multiple user types Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) Solid understanding of API integrations and system interactions Experience in business process modeling using BPMN, UML, or similar notations Fluency in Uzbek and English Nice to have: Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials industry Experience with financial flows (cashback, balances, credit limits, payments) Experience in emerging markets / fast-changing environments Certifications in Agile / Scrum (PSPO,
