Role overview The Corporate Development Team Lead is responsible for managing M&A projects and venture fund initiatives, including valuation and financial modeling, financial due diligence, and transaction viability assessment. The role involves preparing high-quality presentations and pitch materials, supporting business planning and strategy through research and analysis, and conducting negotiations with third parties within the approved authority.
