The Senior Coordinator, Transportation Program supports the delivery of programs and services by assessing client needs, onboarding new clients, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. This role actively contributes to identifying and implementing new or realigned initiatives by researching community vulnerabilities and service gaps, liaising with other organizations to foster partnerships, and supporting actionable implementation plans. This role also supports the evaluation of program delivery by recommending improvements and assisting in the development of program goals and objectives.
