Role Overview
BMO is looking for a Director, Data & AI to lead the strategy, delivery, and adoption of data and artificial intelligence capabilities across Commercial Banking Technology. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making, modern analytics, and responsible AI solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk management.
The Director will work closely with business, technology, and risk partners to translate business priorities into scalable, secure, and compliant data and AI solutions.
