Responds to client sales inquiries related to product offerings, pricing, and implementation, ensuring clear communication and timely responses to facilitate the sales process.
Initiates sales calls , presenting products, sharing industry updates, and maintaining proactive client communication.
Handles the Client Management Process (CMP) by identifying client needs, building relationships, and driving acquisition strategies to grow the client portfolio.
Identifies issues in overdrawn accounts, escalating per established guidelines to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
