Spank Clothing & Accessories Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Owner / Director in the daily management of our boutique clothing store. We are looking for someone who can combine strong retail floor leadership with practical experience in merchandising, customer service, inventory coordination, and support for store development initiatives, including online sales activities.
Role Summary
The successful candidate will assist in supervising staff, maintaining daily store operations, supporting merchandising and inventory flow, and helping ensure a consistent and polished customer experience. In addition to core retail operations, the role may also support product presentation, online sales coordination, and store promotional activities.
Key Duties
Assist with daily retail operations, including opening, closing, floor supervision, and staff coordination
Help supervise and support sales staff in delivering strong customer service
Assist with onboarding, training, and weekly scheduling
Maintain merchandising standards, visual presentation, and seasonal product displays
Monitor stock movement, carry out cycle counts, and prepare basic inventory and sell-through inf
