Responsibilities Lead and manage the internal audit function, including coordination of the audit team; Plan and conduct internal audits across manufacturing sites, covering operational processes (sales, HR, procurement, and other non-financial areas); Train and develop internal auditors, ensuring high-quality audit execution; Perform scheduled and ad hoc audits to assess efficiency and compliance with internal policies and procedures; Identify and evaluate operational risks within business processes; Prepare audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations; Support the implementation of corrective actions based on audit results; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls; Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on remediation actions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, preferably within a manufacturing environment; Strong knowledge of internal audit standards and risk assessment methodologies; Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; Advanced proficiency in Excel; Strong communication and stakeholder
