As a growing data engineering outsourcing company, we are expanding into international markets and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us build long-term partnerships with clients from the US and Europe. Responsibilities: Find and attract international clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels Manage cold outreach campaigns and lead generation processes Handle the full sales cycle — from first contact to contract signing Maintain and manage leads in CRM systems Contribute to sales strategy and business growth initiatives Requirements: 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales Experience in IT or outsourcing sales is a strong advantage Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken) Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Pipedrive Understanding of data engineering, ETL, analytics, or related technical services Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset Nice to have: Experience selling Data/IT services Familiarity with outreach tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, or Instantly Active LinkedIn networking and an established professional network What we offer: Salary: $1500–2000 Fully remote position Flexib
