Keydev is on the lookout for a CRM Promotion Manager to join our CRM Team . Responsibilities: Planning and coordinating СRM campaigns across different markets. Developing and implementing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. Analyzing customer and campaign data to identify trends, insights. Monitoring and reporting on CRM metrics. Developing and adapting campaign mechanics based on country specifics and target audiences. Collaborating with local teams to align campaign goals and processes. Ensuring timely campaign launches and quality control of execution. Conducting post-campaign analysis: data collection, performance evaluation, reporting, and optimization recommendations. Working with Jira, Confluence, and internal tools for task management, documentation, and workflow coordination. Requirements: 1+ years in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign management. Experience in e-commerce, or other high-speed product domains. Proven track record in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns. Solid understanding of key marketing metrics. Experience in post-campaign analysis and actionable recommendations. Knowledge of segmentation and personalization strategies. F
