The specialist will provide operational support to distributors, monitor their performance, manage stock levels, and ensure alignment with sales plans. They will also facilitate communication and coordination with partners in line with company objectives such as the Plans communication and alignment with sales team, SI plans + involvement in the DMR, Period Priorities, IDVP and KPI. Additionally, this specialist will provide support to the Sales team in matters of analytics, customization and automation of sales reports, SI and KPI, including in Power BI. What will be your key responsibilities? Distributor Management: operational support (Mars-Distributors), support in driving effective sales growth via reconciliation of SI delivery, Orders, Stock management, SO Plans, NQC & SCL management. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze distributors and sales KPI performance to identify opportunities and challenges. Creation and development of a reporting system for the fulfillment of all key KPIs for the sales department, as well as provision of analytical support for the sales team, in particular for the Market Head.
