Job Description
As an
Associate
for our
Talent Acquisition
team at the
Senneville or Laval
location, you will be focused on candidate screening and early-stage candidate engagement. You will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting phone/digital interviews, documenting candidate feedback, and coordinating next steps with Talent Acquisition Partners.
This role is responsible for high-volume recruitment and serves as the critical first impression of our company, therefore a passion for candidate experience is a must.
